Born and raised in Cape Town, Tashreeq is proud of his heritage and the path that’s brought him here. Currently studying Industrial Psychology at UNISA, he finds balance between his studies, modeling, and his passion for fitness which are all rooted in the same drive to push himself further and inspire others to do the same.

Modeling first took him abroad to South Korea, the place he still calls his most transformative. “It was my first time abroad, and it pushed me to grow in ways I never expected”. Since then, he’s gone on to work in Turkey and Hong Kong, with standout campaigns for Diesel, Hypebeast, and North Face.

Away from the camera, football is his first love, and his years working in the maritime industry have given him a steady perspective on discipline and responsibility. What keeps it all together is his daily gym routine - the discipline and confidence it gives him is what he carries into every part of his life.
